This substantial individual modern home with annexe, currently occupied by Matt Prowse of Dartmouth’s Seahorse Restaurant, hadn’t been painted in 20 years. The whole house needed pressure-washing, stabilising and four coats of masonry paint to create this simple but stunning white/black scheme which blended well with the village vernacular.
